By using Rently you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and a UAE resident or visitor.

3. Listings

Listings are submitted by agents. We verify against RERA Trakheesi but cannot guarantee accuracy.

4. Agent obligations

Agents must hold a valid RERA broker card and accurate Trakheesi permit for each property.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to display it.

6. Limitation of liability

Rently is provided as-is. We are not liable for transactions between users.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

UAE law applies.
